I’m pleased to announce that I have been asked back to the amazing Natural History Museum in London to present two talks on different days as part of their season of Salgado-related talks in the Darwin Centre’s Attenborough Studio. These form part of their daily Nature Live programme of events. To see the Salgado events please click here.
I was at this venue last October presenting my Sumatran orang-utan images alongside Panut the founder of OIC from Sumatra. Click here to see my blog covering these talks.
My first talk is titled -The World Through My Lens: From Madagascar to Sumatra and that’s on the 4th June 2013 at 14:30. I will be showing some amazing images from these two places at the same time showing through my work the effect of deforestation is having on these two amazing places. Click here to see this talk and more information.
My second talk – The World Through My Lens: From the Falklands to India is on 17th June 2013 14:30. I will be presenting a wonderful show of images from the surreal Falkland Islands to the amazing India and its majestic Bengal Tigers. Click here to see this talk and more information.
Nature Live talks and events take place in the Attenborough Studio and are free to drop into. So I hope you can make it to one if not both of the talk and I look forward to inspiring you all with my work from these special places. Its an amazing honour as a wildlife photographer to be asked firstly and then to present on such a grand and beautiful stage at the Natural History Museum.
I have now added a Photography Talks and lectures section to my website. Over the last several years I have been lucky enough to speak at some amazing places covering some of my favourite encounters within the natural world. This page makes it easier for you to see what talks I offer and gives you the opportunity to book me at the base of the page. Click here to see this page and if you have any questions or queries about my talks just send me an email here, many thanks
